P type 360 rotating quick hitch for excavator attachments fast connector
 
excavator attachments would like to introduction the P type rotating quick hitch to you, it is also called quick hitch coupler. For the P type rotating quick hitch, is is also designed for the different brands of excavators to connect with the attachments usualy used, eg, excavator buckets, tooth rippers, hydraulic breaker and hydraulic shears, etc.
 
We produce two types of Quick Hitch Coupler , P type: the hook is pushed forward to grasp the upper shaft of the attachment, and H type: the hook is holding the upper shaft of the attachment backward. The Quich Hitch Coupler overall use of high-strength manganese plates and integrated structure processing, have lower failure rate than ordinary quick-change connector.
 
So, what are the advantages to use quick hitches couplers to connect excavator attachments? 
1) Integrative mechanical design of high strength manganese steel and structure is durable and suitable for assembly requirements of excavators of various tonnages.
(2) Electric switches are installed in the cab to replace the high-cost oil pressure by electricity, which is convenient for the driver to operate.
(3) Each cylinder is equipped with a hydraulic control one-way valve and a mechanical locking safety device to ensure that the fast connector can work normally when the oil circuit and circuit are cut off.
(4) Each fast connector is equipped with safety pin protection system to ensure that the fast connector can work normally and play the role of "double insurance" when the oil cylinder of the fast connector fails.
